The Good Work Journal provides a guide to help you finish well what you’ve started and find joy in the daily process!
For the last ten years, I’ve studied theology, psychology, and best practices of good work. Before my pivot to coaching and consulting, I spent fifteen years as an entrepreneur running my own business. As I reflect over the last decade, I’ve had the opportunity to privately coach and mentor over 500 leaders, facilitate 100+ team engagements, and work with 50+ organizations as a consultant. Today, after 25-30 years of meaningful work, I’m still learning through disciplines of reflection and evaluation experience. It’s a moment to pause, look back, and look around so that you can look ahead with anticipation.
My coaching clients have inspired the Good Work Journal!
The joy I experienced seeing the clients move from “I’m Stuck” to a Break-Thru is a privilege to witness. After 1000s of coaching conversations, I’ve noticed themes that threaten the well-being and effectiveness of individuals to thrive in their work and life.
The Journal identifies these themes as a guide to continue learning, reflecting, and focusing on your next steps.
